Sample Data

As mentioned in the Introduction, MultiVis can be used for SPRITE, RD-SPRITE, and sc-SPRITE. Below are links to several example datasets that you can download to test MultiVis. In this documentation, however, we will focus on data from GSE114242, specifically the file GSE114242_human_combined_clusters.tar.gz. Within this file, we will be using human.combined.mapq-ge10.clusters for our demonstration.
